Q. How long does it take to receive a quote?
A. RMS can typically provide a quote over the phone or via the internet by emailing RMS at info@theriskpeople.com. Usually we should have a quote to you within 48 hours.

Q. How are claims handled?
A. A Report of Occurrence (ROO) form must be filled out and submitted to RMS as soon as possible. You may download the form from this site and email or fax it to us upon completion.

Q. How can I find out more about specific optional coverage products available from RMS?
A. Follow the optional coverage link on this website or contact an RMS customer service representative who can give you detailed information concerning available coverage options.

Q. How do I get certificates of insurance from the Certificates Now website?

Q. I need to get additional certificates of insurance. Can RMS provide those for me?
A. If you are a member of USA Swimming or Masters Swimming you may access the certificates now website and create your own certificates for free. If for some reason you are not able to access the web, RMS can create the certificates of insurance for a fee of $25 for each certificate generated. If your organization does not have access to Certificates Now Online then contact a RMS representative and they will help you with acquiring your certificates.
