Zurich offers broad Directors and Officers Liability Insurance for United States Swim School Association that includes Employment Practices Liability Insurance in a single, cost effective policy.
Whether your swim school has 10 members or 350, your organization and you are at risk for today’s growing array of management liability exposures. Increasingly, small organizations are held liable for the skyrocketing claims costs and damage awards that can accompany management liability lawsuits. D & O for US Swim School Association Requirements
1. You must be an Association Member and your bylaws must include an Indemnification Provision for your Officers and Board members.
2. If this provision is not currently in the school’s bylaws and the school is willing to amend them to include, please make a notation of same when you return the application.
Policy Limits and Deductibles
Limit of Liability: $1,000,000
Deductible (D&O): $5,000
Deductible (EPLI): $2,500
Policy Premium: $750 (Minimum)
Requirements: Submission of a signed application; premium paid.
Crime Coverage (Optional)
The Crime Coverage Policy provides coverage for the dishonest acts of employees or volunteers.
Employee Dishonesty – Protects the school against losses caused by dishonest acts of employees, or volunteers, whether identified or not, acting alone or in collusion with other persons, with the intent to cause a school a loss and to obtain financial benefit.
Theft, Disappearance & Destruction – Protects the school against non-employee theft of money or securities inside the premises or a banking premises, or outside the premises in the care and custody of a messenger.
Crime Coverage Requirements:
Crime coverage must be purchased in conjunction with Directors and Officers Liability Policy.

Deductible: $250
Cost: $175 or $275 depending on the number of employees.
