When renewing applications for D&O coverage you have the option to fill out the application and submit it electronically via email to RMS. You may also print out the application and send via US mail. Please be sure to complete the application entirely and circle the appropriate points adding up the total points which apply to your club.
In order to renew coverage online, please complete the following:
- The D&O application filled out in its entirety. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- For renewals, payment can be made with a check payable to Risk Management Services, Inc. or via the credit card payment system on the RMS website, if renewing online.
- Email applications to dwilliams@theriskpeople.com when completed.
- Both policies are Master Policies. Coverage will become effective the date we receive approval for the application and funds have been received. The coverage will continue for one year.
