If you own a pool or are responsible for insuring a pool, RMS has an insurance program available for you that will cover general liability concerns including lifeguard exposures.

$3,000,000.00 General Aggregate (Other than products - completed operations)
$1,000,000.00 Products/ Completed Operations Aggregate
$1,000,000.00 Personal & Advertising Injury
$2,000,000.00 Each Occurrence
$ 100,000.00 Fire Legal Liability
Pool Management Requirements:
We will need a narrative explaining your responsibilities in managing the facilities including types of programs you are operating. If operations are outside of our standard program, the company will ultimately determine the actual premium amount once they have completed their review of the information provided.
In order to bind coverage for you, we need the following:
- The enclosed application completed in its entirety and signed.
- A copy of your contract with the facility.
- A narrative indicating your management responsibilities.
Coverage will become effective on May 15, 2010, or on the date we receive the necessary paperwork and payment and will continue until May 15, 2011.
